How do customer buy a product on website?
Go to the product page by searching the product name or by product category with filters, then check delivery pincode and if product is available for that pincode please select desired quantity. After then proceed to further and use same pincode address as shipping address for delivery with delivery method. Please make payment and continue to place order. 

Which locations do you deliver to?
Please enter pin-code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

How long would it take for me to receive my order?
Customer can check Estimated delivery time to their location at the product page. 

Do you offer same shipping charges for all products?
No we have different freight charges as per product weight and dimensions. For standardization we assume 3 kg weight unit freight cost for order which having weight less than 3 kg.

How is the delivery time calculated?
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
1 - Product(s) selected
2 - The destination pin-code, for e.g. 110049
3 - Supplier's location
Delivery time is calculated basis historical data of delivery timelines for orders originating from the entered pin-code. Delivery timelines might vary in a few cases depending on the above mentioned factors.

Can customer give rating & review to any order?
Yes customer can go order detail section and provide his rating and review/feedback to delivered orders.

What if product is not available on website?
Use Enquire option to provide your enquiry for requirements. And also you can send your query for any product or listing available on website. 

How can find size measurement for any product?
On product page please check product technical diagram by which you can understand size dimensions for particular product. If this is not enough then go with link ‘link To Skfcom Skf Online Product Catalog Technical Drawings Technical Attributes’ under Technical Specification section on product page. This link will redirect on another page of product and from there you can understand more about product dimension and measurements.

How can customer request to exchange/return an order?
Exchange and return will applicable only for delivered orders. Once order is delivered than customer can make exchange/return request from customer order detail section. When customer initiate exchange/return request for any order then supplier will confirm customer request. Supplier need to close all complain with in 24 Hours

What are main factors for exchange or returning any order?
Customer need to fulfill below factors for exchange and retaining any order:
Exchange is only allowed after 1 day form delivery
Return is only allowed within 3 days after  from delivery
Customer need to share pictures on portal (if ask by supplier)

Can customer cancel any order?
For cancellation of any order, user may log into their account and place the request for cancellation of the order. Upon submitting a request for cancellation of the order, the user shall receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order and the amount paid by the user for such order shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within a period of 3-5 working days

Which orders are eligible for cancellation?
User will be entitled to cancel the order placed for purchase of products anytime prior to the products being dispatched by the seller for delivery. Once the products are dispatched by the seller for delivery, the buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the order 

What is process of refund for returning an order?
Please check ‘Cancellation and Returns Policy’ on the website for refund fulfillment.

What is the difference between angular contact bearings and deep groove ball bearings?
A deep groove ball bearing is a non-separable type ball bearing with the line connecting contact points of the steel ball and the raceways of 0° in the radial direction. They are designed to take mainly radial loads but can handle some axial load in either direction. An angular contact bearing is also a non-separable type. The line connecting contact points of the steel ball and raceways create an angle with the line drawn in the radial direction called the contact angle. In addition to radial loads, an angular contact bearing can accommodate relatively heavy axial loads in one direction. The larger the contact angle, the larger the axial loading capacity becomes. Angular contact ball bearings are offered with a 15° , 30° or 40° contact angle.

What is difference between Cylindrical, Spherical and Taper roller bearings?
The cylindrical type consists of four basic roller bearing parts: inner race, outer race, cage and rollers. The cylinder shaped rollers are kept evenly spaced by the cage, which guides their turning movement on the flat surface of the two races. Some types have flanges or ribs, projecting from the edge of one or both of the races. This supports the rollers while permitting limited free axial movement of the shaft in relation to the housing.
The spherical roller bearing is a variation of the cylindrical roller bearing. The main difference is in roller design capacity. The rollers are thinner in diameter, but there are more rollers per bearing. Full complement needle roller bearings do not have a cage. In this type of bearing one roller pushes against the other holding everything in place.
In profile, the tapered roller bearing resembles the wide edge of a cone rather than a circle. There are two major benefits to this design. First, true rolling motion is obtained. Secondly and more importantly, the bearing can handle all loads – radial, thrust or both – in any combination.
