Cancellation and Return policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 User will be entitled to cancel the order placed for purchase of products anytime prior to the products being dispatched by the seller for delivery. Once the products are dispatched by the seller for delivery, the buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the order.

1.2 For cancellation of any order, user may log into their account and place the request for cancellation of the order. Upon submitting a request for cancellation of the order, the user shall receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order and the amount paid by the user for such order shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within a period of 5-7 working days.  

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 In case the products delivered by the seller are faulty or in case of wrong supply of product, the user may log into their account and place the request for exchange of the product stating the reasons for such exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery of the product to the user. Upon submitting a request for exchange of the product, the user shall receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the request for exchange and the estimate timelines for fulfilment of such request.

2.2 The user shall [not] be entitled to pay for shipping/delivery charges in case of exchange of products. 

2.3 To enable the seller process the request for exchange of products, it is essential that the product should be unused and the original packaging/box of the product should also be undamaged. The products should also be undamaged and should be without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. The field executive of the seller fulfilling such exchange request shall be entitled to undertake inspection of the product and shall also be entitled to refuse to accept the earlier delivered product for fulfilling the exchange request in case the product or its packaging/box is in a damaged condition.  

2.4 Seller may ask for the picture of damaged box or wrong supply of material on marketplace and user shall post such picture. 

3. Return Policy

3.1 In case the user intends to return the product ordered through the website, the user may log into their account and place the request for return of the product stating the reasons for such return. Upon submitting a request for return of the product, the user shall receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the request for return and the estimate timelines for fulfillment of such request. The user shall be entitled to place a request for return of product only within [3] working days from the date of delivery of the product to the user. 

3.2 The seller shall arrange for pick-up of the delivered products from the user but to enable the seller fulfil the request for return of product, it is essential that the product should be unused and the original packaging/box of the product should also be undamaged. The products should also be undamaged and should be without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. The field executive of the seller fulfilling such return request shall be entitled to undertake inspection of the product and shall also be entitled to refuse to accept the product and fulfil the return request in case the product or its packaging/box is in a damaged condition.

3.3 Upon picking up the product by the seller’s field executive, from the user, the amount paid by the user for such order shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within a period of 5-7 working days. [The seller shall however be entitled to deduct the shipping/delivery charges from the amount paid by the user for purchase of product.]
